Billing questions
How does the free trial work?
Choose a plan and start your trial. For 7 days everything works except saving the nested sheets. If you do nothing, your plan starts after 7 days. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Who takes the payment?
Our online reseller Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment, VAT and sales tax, invoices and receipts, so you will see Paddle on your card statement.
How do I cancel or change my card?
Log in and open My subscription. The buttons there open Paddle’s secure billing page, where you can change your card, download receipts or cancel. You keep LaserNest until the end of the period you have paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Because you can try LaserNest free first, subscriptions are not refundable, except where the law gives you a right to a refund. See our refund policy.
Can I use it on more than one computer?
Yes – log in on any computer. One subscription can be open in two browsers at the same time.
Do you offer business invoices with VAT?
Yes. Enter your business details and VAT number at checkout and Paddle’s invoice will show them.
