Try before you pay

Every new customer can use LaserNest free for 7 days before paying anything, so you can see how it works with your own drawings. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.

Subscriptions are non-refundable

Payments for LaserNest subscriptions are non-refundable, including partly used months or years, except where the law gives you a right to a refund. When you cancel, you keep LaserNest until the end of the period you have paid for and are not charged again.

Your legal rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you may have a 14-day right to cancel your first subscription payment, and you are entitled to a remedy if LaserNest is not as described. Our reseller Paddle.com handles these requests under its refund policy.

How to ask

Contact us at cliff@lasernest.co.uk or reply to your Paddle receipt. Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, and any refund is made by Paddle to your original payment method.
